The Philippine Association of Medical Technologists, Inc. – Bohol Chapter will be hosting the 13th PAMET Visayas Regional Conference on April 3-4, 2024 at Bohol Tropics Resort, Tagbilaran City with the theme “Achieving Excellence Together in Medical Technology through Innovation, Integration and Leadership”. It is a pleasure and an honor for the PAMET-Bohol officers and members to hold the Visayas regional conference here in Bohol as this will be another milestone of the chapter.

Medical Technology or Medical Laboratory Science is a an ever-evolving field and as Medical Technologists or Medical Laboratory Scientists, who are in the forefront in the provision of diagnostic health care services, we need to be updated of the latest trends in the diagnosis of diseases. To keep abreast, various topics are selected that highlight latest technological advancements and breakthroughs, importance of integrating new technologies for enhanced patient care and motivating leaders in the laboratory to continuously improve and grow.

What a better way to enhance your knowledge would be at the same time loosening up from the pressures and stress within the confines of the laboratory. Bohol would be a great place for this. Imagine having the opportunity to learn from experts, see the display of latest technologies and innovations from our industry partners and build bonds and camaraderie with other Medical Technologists in a perfect backdrop of relaxation, a prime eco-cultural destination. Picture yourself basking under the heat of the sun in pristine white sand beaches with the gentle caress of the ocean breeze blowing through your face, diving in one of the best diving spots in the country and be acquainted with colorful corals and lots of marine life, witnessing the magnificent geological formations and rich biodiversity, being amazed with its cultural heritage and experiencing the warm hospitality of the Boholanos.

Let us all embark in this journey of learning while enjoying the wonders of the Philippines’ first UNESCO global geopark.

The 13th PAMET Visayas Regional Conference has limited slots and it is considered as first come first serve basis. Simply paying the registration fee or obtaining a sponsorship voucher does not automatically mean you are registered for the event. You are required to complete the registration steps and wait for your slot to be validated. There will be no refunds for those who do not follow or complete the registration steps.
